<br />Thursday, April 7, 1994
<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers,
<br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Thursday, April 7, 1994,
<br />at 1:00 p.m. Present were John W. Tippin, Chairman; Kenneth R.
<br />Macht, Vice Chairman; Fran B. Adams; Carolyn K. Eggert; and Richard
<br />N. Bird. Also present were James E. Chandler, County
<br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Barbara
<br />Bonnah, Deputy Clerk.
<br />PRESENTATION OF SOLID WASTE MASTER PLAN
<br />Attorney Vitunac announced that this public hearing has been
<br />properly advertised, as follows:
