Q� <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final costs are less than the preliminary costs, the <br />final cost, breakdown would be to assess the benefited owners $2.00 <br />per front foot, deduct the difference from the MSTU account. <br />Funding Sources <br />KSTU $173,563.67 <br />Special Assessment S 19.138.50 <br />TOTAL $192,702.17 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is recommended that the final assessment roll and the "As -Built <br />Resolutions" for the paving of the above mentioned roads be <br />approved by the Board of County Commissioners and that it be <br />transferred to the Tax Collector for recording in the "Assessment <br />Lien Book" -and for collection. <br />Administrator Chandler noted that the interest rate should be <br />8 percent rather than 9-3/4.` _ <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 94-62, certifying "as -built" costs for <br />certain paving and drainage improvements to 91st <br />Avenue between 79th and 87th Streets, etc. <br />37 <br />
