Tuesday, April 26, 1994 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 26, 1994, <br />at 9:00 o'clock a.m. Present were John W. Tippin, Chairman; <br />Kenneth R. Macht, Vice Chairman; Fran B. Adams; Carolyn K. Eggert; <br />and Richard N. Bird. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Barbara <br />Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Tippin called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Adams led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Administrator Chandler requested a one-week deferral of item <br />7-B -- Krovocheck Request for Final Plat Approval for Sunset Point <br />Subdivision. <br />Administrator Chandler also requested the addition of 11-G-5 - <br />- Erosion Control Grant Application. <br />Commissioner Macht requested the addition of a request from <br />the 19th Judicial Circuit to come before the County Commission to <br />discuss Courthouse items. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously added and <br />deleted the above items. <br />PROCLAMATION - Designating May 1-8,.1994 as Law Week in IRC <br />Chairman Tippin read aloud the following proclamation and <br />presented it to local attorneys Judy Hill and Glenn Sutherland: <br />SPR 2 61��4 <br />BOOK 92 f.A;c 99� . <br />
