Thompson, P.E.V6� <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: Indian River Boulevard Phase III, DER Permit <br />No. 311423739 Permit Modification and Long <br />Term Agreement <br />DATE: May 9, 1994 FILE: IRBIIIPE.AGN <br />DESCRIPTION -AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County requested a modification to referenced permit <br />to allow for a one year time extension for impoundment flooding in <br />the south impoundment cell due to construction of the FDOT Merrill <br />Barber Bridge Replacement. The time extension has been approved by <br />the Department of Environmental- Protection (DEP) with the addition <br />of two permit conditions. <br />Attached is a copy of the permit 'modification and a long-term <br />agreement that ensures that the management plan shall be practiced <br />for a minimum of five consecutive years. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the County execute the attached long term <br />agreement with the DEP. Funding is from 309-214-541-066.51, Indian <br />River Boulevard, Phase III. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously approved <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute the DER <br />Permit Modification and Long Term Agreement, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />SR-AlA WIDENING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />Withdrawn. <br />28 <br />
