MAY 17 IJ -94 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-65 <br />Box 92 PAGE x.39 <br />2. Payments bearing interest at the rate of 8% per annum may be made <br />in ten annual installments, the first to be made twelve months from <br />the due date. The due date is ninety days after the passage of <br />this resolution. <br />3. The final assessment roll for the project listed in Resolution No. <br />93-210 shall be as shown on the attached Exhibit "A." <br />4. The assessments, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A," shall stand <br />confirmed and remain legal, va d, and binding first liens against <br />the property against whish such assessmAnts are made until paid. <br />S. The- assessments shown on Exhibit "A," attached to Resolution No. <br />93-210, were recorded by the County on the public records of Indian <br />River County, and the lien shall remain prima facie evidence of its <br />validity. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Mach t , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being <br />put -to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W.
