MAY 2 4 1994 <br />Roar 92 F-acF 495 <br />Confirming (Third Reeo.) 1/5/94(ENG)RES3.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 69 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 1ST PLACE BETWEEN <br />27TH AVENUE AND 32ND AVENUE IN VERO BEACH <br />HOMESITES. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County adopted by Resolution No. 94-54, providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 1st Place between 27th <br />Avenue and 32nd Avenue in Vero Beach Homesites; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 94-55, on April 19, 1994, which <br />set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br />of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br />would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br />as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br />Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal <br />Newspaper on May 10th and May 17th, 1994, (twice one week <br />apart, and the last being at least one week prior to the <br />heating), as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at <br />least ten days prior to the%hearing, as required by Section <br />206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />50 <br />
