MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, that the Board adopt Ordinance <br />94-15, relating to transmission line routes and <br />provision for public meetings on said routes, with <br />the following changes: (1) "... public <br />informational meeting to be held within 60 days in <br />the County Commission Chambers." (2) ... publish <br />notice of meeting approximately 14 days before - <br />meeting." <br />Commissioner Macht asked if levying of a charge for the <br />utility to place a notice in the paper would make the ordinance <br />more vulnerable, and Attorney Vitunac stated that it"would not. <br />Commissioner Bird suggested the County run the ad, but <br />Commissioner Adams preferred that we make the utility run the ad <br />and we will put it on our Agenda as a public discussion item. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. The <br />Motion was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94-15 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING TITLE III OF THE CODE OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY ADDING SECTION 303.28 <br />RELATING TO ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION LINE <br />ROUTES; PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS ON SAID <br />ROUTES. <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the interest of public <br />health and safety to have full information on electrical transmission line <br />routes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />SECTION I.
