MAY 2 41994 B 43 <br />The Board of County Commissioners previously approved the award of CR512 Corridor <br />Improvement and CR510/CR512 Intersection Improvements contract to Martin paving Company. <br />This award took place on May 12, 1994. This agenda item is to formally present the contract <br />documents for execution. The re -bidding caused a departure from the standard practice, so this is <br />being submitted at this time for formal execution. <br />Alternative 1. - The Board of County Commissioners directs the chairman to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners for Indian River County. <br />Alternative 2: - The Board of County Commissioners not direct the chairman to execute the contract <br />documents. <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1. Funding to come from Account No. 101-153-541-067.38 for <br />CR512 Corridor Improvements, IRC project No. 8612; and from Account No. 101-153-541-06739 <br />for CR510 and CR512 Corridor Improvements, IRC project No. 9222. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the contract with Martin Paving Company, as set out <br />in staff's recommendation. <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />CENTRAL REGION EFFLUENT DISPOSAL PROJECT - CHANGE ORDER #2 <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 5/2/94: <br />DATE: MAY 2, 1994 <br />TO: JAMES E.
