MAY 2 41994 B 43 <br />The Board of County Commissioners previously approved the award of CR512 Corridor <br />Improvement and CR510/CR512 Intersection Improvements contract to Martin paving Company. <br />This award took place on May 12, 1994. This agenda item is to formally present the contract <br />documents for execution. The re -bidding caused a departure from the standard practice, so this is <br />being submitted at this time for formal execution. <br />Alternative 1. - The Board of County Commissioners directs the chairman to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners for Indian River County. <br />Alternative 2: - The Board of County Commissioners not direct the chairman to execute the contract <br />documents. <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1.
