She stated that Fellsmere is at a crucial <br />stage in its growth and development, and the transfer station, <br />which she characterized as a dump, is a detriment. <br />Neil Wocell stated that he operates an insurance agency on <br />CR -512 and his residence is on that road as well. He urged the <br />Board to choose a larger site located off CR -512 because as <br />truckloads of trash are transported, some of the trash flies off <br />the truck and litters that road.
