JUN 28 1994 BOOK 92 MET& <br />ANALYSIS <br />The bid proposal process to obtain survey data for the project <br />generated two bid responses (attached). Masteller, Moler and Reed, <br />Inc., was the lowest bidder for surveying services for the water <br />line replacement project. The low bid for this professional land <br />surveying service project, along with its respective site location, <br />is as follows: <br />Tropic Colony Subdivision $5,090.00 (Masteller, Moler and <br />Reed, Inc.) <br />This project is a part of a continuing effort by this Department to <br />replace galvanized water lines in Indian River County. Funding for <br />this project will be from the Department's renewal and replacement <br />funds. <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve and execute the professional -land <br />surveying proposal submitted by Masteller, Moler and Reed, Inc., for <br />the surveying work within the Tropic Colony Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously <br />approved the authorization to proceed with <br />Masteller, Moler and Reed, Inc., for the <br />surveying work within the Tropic Colony <br />Subdivision, as recommended by staff. <br />AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEY SERVICES, WATER LINE <br />REPLACEMENT PROTECT, WHISPERING PALMS SUBDIVISION <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated June 17, 1994. <br />.s <br />DATE: JUNE 17, 1994 <br />TO: JAMES E.
