E. Miscellaneous Budget Amendment No. 020 <br />The Board reviewed the following memo from OMB Director Joe <br />Baird dated June 29, 1994: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: June 29, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET AMENDMENT 020 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: <br />1. At their meeting June 21, 1994, the Board of County <br />Commissioners approved the purchase of a pump for vehicle 507 <br />at Station # 3 at a price of $5,978.23 plus $600 frieght. This <br />appropriates the funding. <br />2. Indian River County Traffic Engineering Department purchased <br />parts material for installation of traffic signals at the Sebastian High <br />School and was reimbursed by the Indian River County School <br />Board. This entry allocates the funding. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached budget <br />amendment 020. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />Budget Amendment No. 020, as recommended by OMB <br />Director Baird. <br />J U L 5 1994 5 <br />600K 92 PAGE <br />
