Thompson, P.E� <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: Indian River Boulevard Phase Iv <br />Reduction of Retainage from 10% to 2% <br />The Contractor for Indian River Boulevard Phase IV, Dickerson Florida, <br />Inc., has requested a reduction in retainage from 10% to 2%. As shown on <br />the attached cover sheet for Application for Payment No. 15, 2% retainage <br />equates to $69,870.52. <br />All work has been completed. Final payment and release of the remaining <br />retainage will be brought to the Board after the As-Builts are completed <br />and final quantities computed. <br />RECOMMMATIoms AND FQNDTN_ <br />Staff recommends that the retainage be reduced from 10% to 2%. <br />Funding is from Account 0309-215-541-066.51. <br />107 <br />July 19, 1994 <br />
