Tuesday, July 19, 1994 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, July 19, 1994, <br />at 9:00 a.m.- Present were John W. Tippin, Chairman; Kenneth R. <br />Macht, Vice Chairman; Fran B. Adams; Richard N. Bird; and Carolyn <br />K. Eggert. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Patricia <br />Ridgely and Patricia Held, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Hospital Chaplain Ray Scent delivered the invocation, and <br />Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney, led the Pledge of Allegiance <br />to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDAIEMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Administrator Chandler requested the following: <br />° Addition of follow-up information at conclusion of <br />meeting re Budget/COLA recommendations. <br />° Deferral for one week item 7.C., Appointment of Dr. Wayne <br />_Sinclair to Environmental Control Hearing Board. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />approved the addition and deletion as <br />requested. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Eggert requested that Item K be removed for <br />discussion. <br />A.
