801A <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 94-20 amending the Zoning Ordinance and <br />the accompanying zoning map from RM -6 and A-1 to CG <br />for the property located at the northeast corner of <br />SR -60 and 66th Avenue. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94- 20 <br />FACE 953 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RM -6 AND <br />A-1 TO CG, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF <br />S.R. 60 AND 66TH AVENUE, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />Beginning at a point being 50.0 feet east and 30.0 feet south <br />of the northwest corner of the northwest one-quarter of <br />section 5, township 33 south, range 39 east; run parallel to <br />the north line of said section 5, S 890 52' 28" E a distance <br />of 614.00 feet to the principal point and place of beginning <br />of the following description: <br />58 <br />July 199 1994 <br />
