Finney, SRA �-4, <br />County Right -of -Way Agent CONSENT AGENDA <br />SUBJECT: 8th Street Right -of -Way; St. Marks Angelican Church Site <br />Plan <br />DATE: June 29, 1994 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The church is dedicating 20' of right-of-way and Indian River <br />County is purchasing an additional 20' of right-of-way. St. Marks <br />A.C.A., Inc. has executed a deed to Indian River County and a <br />Partial Release of Mortgage has been executed by Indian River <br />National Bank for the additional 40' of right-of-way parcel. <br />Pursuant to the attached letter from Sasan Rohani to Todd Smith <br />dated February 24, 1994, the Public Works Department has agreed to <br />a purchase price of $2,578.98 based on the appraisal submitted by <br />the client. <br />The client has requested $2,140.00 of the purchase price credited <br />to the Traffic Impact fee for Phase I and the balance of $438.98 <br />cash to the church at closing for a total of $2,578.98. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff request the Board of County Commissioners authorize the <br />purchase. There are no engineers, appraisers or attorneys fees to <br />be paid by Indian River County. <br />FUNDING <br />Funding to be from Account No. 111-214-541-066.12, Road & Bridge <br />Right -of -Way Fund. - <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the purchase of a 20' right-of-way <br />from St..Mark's Anglican Church, Inc., in the <br />amount of $2,578.98, and accepted the <br />additional 20' right-of-way dedication, as set <br />out in staff's memorandum. <br />4 <br />July 19, 1994 <br />
