2. The Clerk is hereby directed to record the supplement special <br />assessments shown on attached Exhibit "A" in the public records of <br />Indian River County, Florida, which shall constitute prima facie <br />evidence of the validity of the lien of the supplement special <br />assessments. <br />3. The supplement special assessments shall have the same terms and <br />conditions as the special assessment, including without limitation <br />terms of payment, rate of interest, penalties, terms of prepayment, <br />manner of collection, and priority of lien. <br />4. The assessments, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A," shall stand <br />confirmed and remain legal, valid, and binding first liens against <br />the property against which such assessments are made until paid. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams ► <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Eggert, and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W.
