Thompson, P.E. <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SOBJSLV: Sandridge Maintenance Barn <br />Change Order No. 1 <br />DATE: August 15, 1994 <br />Bill Bryant Associates, Inc. -is under contract with the County <br />for improvements to the Sandridge Maintenance Barn. The attached <br />Change Order provides for connecting a roof drain to the storm <br />drainage, increasing the sump depth on the new washdown drain and <br />deleting the replacement of Bermuda sod over the storm drainage <br />outfall. The Bermuda sod will be replaced by the Golf Course <br />under an annual contract at a lower cost to help defray the cost <br />of the contract increases. <br />The net change in contract price for Change Order No. 1 is <br />$857.00. This added to the current contract amount of $59,400.30 <br />results in a new contract amount of $60,257.30. <br />Staff recommends that the Board approve Change Order No. 1 in the <br />amount of $857.00 for a new contract amount of $60,257.30. <br />Funding is from Account 418-000-169-018.00 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously <br />approved Change Order No. 1, with Bill Bryant <br />Associates, Inc., in the amount of $857.00, <br />for a new contract amount of $60,257.30, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />ORIGINAL IS ON FILE <br />THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />22 <br />August 23, 1994 <br />
