M <br />Therefore, staff's recommendation has not changed: staff does not <br />recommend approval of portions of the proposed ordinance sections <br />24 and 25 that include the private access easement option. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the <br />proposed ordinance containing amendments to the county's land <br />development regulations (LDRs), with the following condition: <br />1. That the Board of County Commissioners delete from the <br />ordinance the private access easement option wording contained <br />in ordinance sections 24 and 25. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. <br />Bob Golden, resident of Harbor Island Drive, advised the Board <br />that since the last special meeting the people are back on the <br />liveaboard vessel. He also reported on a decision by the 3rd <br />District Court of Appeal upholding as constitutional an ordinance <br />prohibiting liveaboard houseboats. <br />The Chairman determined that no one else wished to be heard <br />and thereupon closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 94-25, amending the following chapters of <br />the Land Development Regulations (LDRs): Chapter <br />901, Definitions; Chapter 902, Administrative <br />Mechanisms; Chapter 911, Zoning; Chapter 912, Single <br />Family Development; Chapter 913, Subdivisions and <br />Plats; Chapter 914, Site Plan Review and Approval <br />Procedures; Chapter 917, Accessory Uses and <br />Structures; Chapter 930, Stormwater Management and <br />Floodplain Protection; Chapter 934, Excavation and <br />Mining; Chapter*953, Fairshare Roadway Improvements; <br />Chapter 955, Moving Structures; and Chapter 971, <br />Regulations for Specific Land Use Criteria, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />y6'6� <br />5 BOOK PAGE 133' <br />August 319 1994 <br />I <br />
