BOOK 93 PA,E 183 <br />ft. N.G.V.D. In the attached letter from the applicant's engineer dated August 17, 1994, a waiver <br />of the out and fill balance requirement is requested. The lot area is 1.08 acres. The volume of the <br />100 year floodplain displaced by the proposed grading plan is estimated to be 513 cubic yards. <br />The waiver request has been reviewed by staff and appears to meet the criteria of Section <br />930.07(2)(d)4. of the Stormwater Management and Flood Protection Ordinance for lots located in <br />the Vero Lake Estates Municipal Services Taxing Unit. <br />Alternative No. 1 - Grant the cut and fill balance waiver based on the criteria of Section <br />930.07(2)(d)4. <br />Alternative No. 2 - Deny the cut and fill waiver. Require an on site retention area be provided to <br />compensate for the proposed floodplain displacement <br />Staff recommends approval of Alternative No. 1. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bird being absent) granted the cut and <br />fill balance waiver for Lot 10, Block 12, Vero Lake <br />Estates, Unit No. 2, as recommended by staff. <br />O.
