Baird <br />OMB Director - <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Staff is requesting permission to interfund borrow money on a short term basis as needed for Funds <br />315 - Optional Sales Tax and 125 - Land Acquisition <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Board of County Commissioners grant staff permission to interfund borrow money on a short <br />term basis as needed for the Optional Sales Tax Fund and Land Acquisition Fund. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bird being absent) granted staff <br />permission to interfund borrow money on a short term <br />basis as needed for the Optional Sales Tax Fund and <br />Land Acquisition Fund. <br />HERBERT STURM REOUEST TO ADDRESS COMMISSION RE <br />PERFORMANCE OF STATE ATTORNEY AND ASSISTANT STATE <br />ATTORNEY FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />Mr. Herbert G.
