ORDINANCE NO. 94- 27 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RS -6 TO <br />RM -8, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF INDIAN <br />RIVER BOULEVARD, APPROXIMATELY 1200 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE <br />INTERSECTION OF 37TH STREET AND INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD, AND <br />DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING�FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such'matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,. that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The north one-half of the southeast one-quarter of the <br />southwest one-quarter of Section 25, Township 32 South, Range <br />39 East, Indian River County, Florida. <br />Less the following described parcel: <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast one-quarter <br />of the southwest one-quarter of Section 25, run south <br />00003130" east along the east line of said southeast one- <br />quarter of the southwest one-quarter, 411.32 feet, then run <br />north 44056105" west, 579.71 feet to the north line of said <br />southeast one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter, then north <br />89052106" east, 409.03 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Be.changed from RS -6 to RM -8. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Land Development Regulations. <br />61 <br />September 6, 1994 <br />BOOK 93 Pvu�F 0�4 <br />
