William Strange, P.E. <br />Traffic Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Traffic Control Device Ledger <br />DATE: Augubt 30, 1994 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Public Works Director is to provide a Traffic Control Device <br />Ledger update for ratification by the Board of Commissions as <br />specified by Section 312.18 of Indian River County Code. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS & FUNDING <br />It is recommended that this ledger update be approved. There is no <br />funding impact generated by this action. <br />ON Motion by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Adams, the Board <br />unanimously approved the ledger update <br />pursuant to staff's recommendations and <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 94-109 <br />approving traffic control devices <br />authorized by the Director of Public <br />Works. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 10 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the <br />director of public works to maintain a ledger reflecting the traffic <br />control devices in the unincorporated area (Section 312.18, Indian , <br />River County Code); and <br />WHEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the <br />Board of county Commissioners for approval; and <br />September 13, 1994 <br />15 <br />BOOK cue F.vF �68 <br />
