Baird <br />OMB Director q, <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: <br />� . "This- entry 7ifl eases revenues- and expenses, for the -Police .Academy Trust <br />Fund. 4 4 _ t . <br />2. Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act requires 15% of the proceeds be used to <br />support or operate Drug Abuse or Crime Prevention programs.
