Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 026 <br />The Board reviewed Memorandum of August 31, 1994: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: August 31, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET AMENDMENT 026 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird <br />OMB Director q, <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: <br />� . "This- entry 7ifl eases revenues- and expenses, for the -Police .Academy Trust <br />Fund. 4 4 _ t . <br />2. Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act requires 15% of the proceeds be used to <br />support or operate Drug Abuse or Crime Prevention programs. (This entry <br />allocates 15% of the proceeds ($100,191.70) received in 1992/93 FY.) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached budget amendment <br />026. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 026, "as recommended <br />by staff. <br />September 20, 1994 <br />2 <br />
