BOOK 93 PAGE307 <br />the land, buildings, etc. He cautioned that the bankruptcy judge <br />has the power to throw out a f irst mortgage, as well as any tax <br />liens which may exist. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously postponed <br />this matter for one week. <br />CITY OF VERO BEACH/AIRPORT PROPERTY <br />Appraiser Nolte addressed the subject of the airport property <br />owned by the City of Vero Beach. The City has not had sufficient <br />time to prepare for a tax extension. The Tax Collector would like <br />to cooperate and give the City an extension of time. <br />Commissioner Adams inquired as to how much time has been <br />requested, and Appraiser Nolte advised that the City indicated 25 <br />days would be sufficient.
