Keller, CLA, County Attorney's Office <br />RE: RELEASE OF UTILITY LIENS <br />DATE: September 21, 1994 <br />The attached lien releases are in proper form for the Board of County <br />Commissioners to authorize the Chairman to sign so that they can be <br />recorded. Phase III Water Project: <br />HUGHES TERRTi LL <br />TRIPOLI <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Releases of Utility Liens as recommended by <br />staff. <br />LIEN RELATED DOCUMENTS ARE ON FILE IN THE <br />PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />H. County Tax Deed Applications <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum dated September 20, 1994: <br />TO: Hoard of County Commissioners <br />�. <br />FROM: Lea R. Keller, CLA, County Attorneys Office <br />THRU: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE. September 20, 1994 <br />RE: COUNTY TAH DEED APPLICATIONS <br />The Clerk of the Circuit Court has notified us that there are eight <br />applications for tax deed sale on County -held certificates.
