LETTERS: Property Owners along above subject <br />street to Jim Davis <br />DATE: September 20, 1994 FILE: 10010410.AGN <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Property owners in Vero Lakes Estates Subdivision have requested <br />the County to assume maintenance and grade the following local <br />roads: <br />104th Avenue from 81st Street to 80th Street <br />100th Court from 91st Street to 92nd Street. <br />105th Avenue from 86th Street to 87th Street. <br />Staff has performed the acceptance analysis and the following <br />results are applicable: <br />104th Avenue 75 Points <br />1 -00th Court 75 Points <br />105th Avenue 90 Points <br />ALTERNATIVES AND•ANALYSIS <br />104th Avenue and 100th Court currently are in need of major <br />right-of-way clearing and construction of a stabilized roadway. <br />It is estimated that each road will require 150 cubic yards of <br />shell/marl at a cost of $450 each. In addition, clearing of <br />trees and vegetation in the right-of-way is required. It is <br />estimated that a cost of $1000 per street will be applicable. <br />The rapid development ongoing in the Vero Lakes Estates area is <br />creating increased demand for road grading. Fortunately, the <br />subdivision is a consolidated area with it's own established <br />grader route. <br />It is recommended that the above three roads be accepted for <br />maintenance and included in the Vero Lakes Estates motor grader <br />route.
