Solid Waste Disposal District <br />The Board reconvened as the Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste <br />Disposal District. The minutes will be approved at the next Solid Waste <br />Disposal District meeting. <br />15.B.1. 18-1369 Approval of Minutes Meeting of December 5, 2017 <br />Recommended Action: Approve <br />Attachments: 12052017 S W D D <br />15.6.2. 18-1372 <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Solari, seconded by Commissioner <br />Flescher, to approve the Solid Waste Disposal District Minutes of December 5, <br />2017. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />CCNA-2014 Work Order No. 12 to CDM Smith, Inc. for the 2018 Annual <br />Financial Reports <br />Recommended Action: SWDD staff recommends that its Board approve the following: a) Approve <br />CCNA-2014 Work Order No. 12 with CDM Smith, Inc. in the amount of <br />$60,810 to provide engineering services related to the 2018 Annual Financial <br />Reports; and b) Authorize the Chairman to execute the same, as presented. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />CCNA-2014 Work Order No 12 - CDM Smith Inc <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Solari, seconded by Commissioner Zorc, <br />to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />15.6.3. 18-1373 <br />Recommended Action: <br />CCNA-2014 Work Order No. 13 to CDM Smith, Inc. for Engineering <br />Services with the 2018 Annual Permit Compliance Monitoring and <br />Reporting <br />SWDD staff recommends that its Board approve the following: a) Approve <br />CCNA-2014 Work Order No. 13 with CDM Smith, Inc. in the amount of <br />$150,990 to provide engineering services related to the 2018 Annual Permit <br />Compliance Monitoring and Reporting; and b) Authorize the Chairman to <br />execute the same, as presented. <br />Indian River County Florida <br />Page 1 <br />
