ORDINANCE 2018- 006 <br /> Off-street parking areas shall be paved areas maintained for customer and <br /> employee parking; <br /> 3. No vehicular sales office (building) shall be located closer than twenty-five (25) <br /> feet to any property line except any property line that is abutting railroad right-of- <br /> way in which case the structure shall not be located closer than ten(10) feet. Also, <br /> no vehicular display areas shall be located closer than ten(10) feet to any property <br /> line; <br /> 4. The site shall provide for separation of vehicular display areas and off-street <br /> parking areas; <br /> 5. All designated outdoor vehicular display areas shall provide for a minimum of <br /> three hundred (300) square feet per vehicle. Drives and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be designed to permit convenient on-site maneuvering of the vehicles. <br /> SECTION #8: SEVERABILITY <br /> If any clause, section or provision of this Ordinance shall be declared by a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid for any cause or reason, the same shall be eliminated <br /> from this Ordinance and the remaining portion of this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect and <br /> be as valid as if such invalid portion thereof had not been incorporated therein. <br /> SECTION#9: REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES <br /> The provisions of any other Indian River County ordinance that are inconsistent or in conflict with <br /> the provisions of this Ordinance are repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict. <br /> SECTION #10: INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES <br /> The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Laws and <br /> Ordinances of Indian River County, Florida. The sections of the Ordinance may be renumbered or <br /> relettered to accomplish such, and the word "ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or <br /> any other appropriate word. <br /> SECTION #11: EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance shall take effect upon filing with the Department of State. <br /> This ordinance was advertised in the Press-Journal on the 25th day of February , 2018, for a <br /> public hearing to be held on the 13th day of March , 2018, at which time it was moved <br /> for adoption by Commissioner Zorc , seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and <br /> adopted by the following vote: <br /> Chairman Peter D.
