SECTION 00550 - Notice to Proceed <br />Dated <br />Contract For: <br />7411 Avenue and 1st Street SW Culvert Replacement <br />(Insert name of Contract as it appears in the Contract Documents) <br />Project No: 1737 <br />IRC Bid No. 2018024 <br />You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br />By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract <br />Documents. The contract has allocated calendar days for Final Completion of this <br />project. <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all <br />insurance required and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and approved by the <br />OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence work on his <br />subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so obtained and <br />approved.
