j Our Superintendents oversee multiple crews and have been involved in utility <br />j>==' construction for a combined total of 159 years. Having worked with the local utility <br />authorities for many years,_ they are aware of the daily challenges faced by the crews. <br />Senior Superintendent Leonard Dennis and Superintendents Joe Bagford, Thomas <br />Linsley, Edric Martin, and Norm Weaver ensure their crews have the resources <br />necessary to maintain their schedules. They are also tasked with ensuring the quality of <br />the work meets or exceeds expectations. <br />Our Project Managers hold an impressive 93 years of experience amongst them. They <br />act as the main interface between the customer and Johnson -Davis. Clark Cryer, <br />Donatella Derival, Doug Ipolito, Robson Lima, Walter Pfaffenberger, and Dennis <br />Wheelin have the primary responsibility to ensure projects are completed on time and <br />within the budget. <br />Maggie Anaya, Safety Director, has 14 years of safety experience and previously <br />served as a Safety Manager and Operations Manager/Safety Director. She holds many <br />certifications including OSHA 501 and is an OSHA Outreach Trainer. Her knowledge <br />and experience help Johnson -Davis Inc. maintain a safety culture that makes safety the <br />responsibility of every employee. <br />Ilene Passler, Human Resources Director, has worked in construction for 19 years, and <br />the majority of her experience is working for federal and municipal contractors. She <br />holds her Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and both the <br />Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional <br />certifications. Her expertise includes compliance, employee relations, and non- <br />discrimination. <br />We enjoy an excellent relationship with our bonding company, Liberty Mutual Insurance <br />Co., with a single project capacity of $35,000,000 and an aggregate capacity in excess <br />of $80,000,000. Our financial strength, technical expertise, and history of success in <br />working with the FDOT have earned us a capacity rating in excess of $80,000,000 for <br />underground utility work. We have also been listed in, Engineer New Record's Top 600 <br />Specialty Contractors nationwide for many years. <br />It is clear that Johnson -Davis has both the experience and the key personnel necessary <br />to successfully perform underground utility projects of all sizes and difficulty. <br />
