He hoped to <br />begin sending out letters and applications in the next several days. <br />MOTION WAS AMENDED by Vice Chairman O'Bryan, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Solari, to adopt the <br />proposed Ordinance, amended under Section 3 Subsection <br />4(D)(e) to read..."each eligible owner shall have until <br />July 31, 2012 September 30, 3012 to complete, execute <br />and submit the application materials to the County <br />Community Development Department...and until <br />November 30, 2012 to correct deficiencies, if any, in the <br />submitted application materials. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried unanimously.
