DeBraal -Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: March 6, 2018 <br />ATTORNEY <br />SUBJECT: Resolutions Cancelling Taxes on Properties Purchased by Indian River <br />County for Public Purposes <br />In connection with the 66th Avenue Widening Project, the following properties have been <br />purchased by Indian River County for needed right-of-way; and Resolutions are <br />presented for the purpose of cancelling any delinquent or current taxes which may exist <br />on these properties where a public purpose is planned: <br />1. Property purchased from Franklin J. Tate, Donna L. Tate, Franklin J. Tate, Jr., <br />and Donna Michelle Tate and fully described in that certain Warranty Deed <br />recorded in Book 3085, Page 1386 of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida for 691h Street right-of-way. <br />2. Property purchased from Melissa Dean and Donald Arthur Frost and fully <br />described in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Book 3085, Page 1406 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida for 65th Street right-of-way. <br />3. Property purchased from TD Bank, N.A. and fully described in that certain <br />Special Warranty Deed recorded in Book 3088, Page 367 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida for 66th Avenue right-of-way. <br />4. Property purchased from Kirk and Nancy Jo Madsen and fully described in that <br />certain Warrant Deed recorded in Book 3091, Page 1801 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida for 66th Avenue right-of-way. <br />69 <br />
