WORK ORDER NUMBER 3 <br />IRC -1324 <br />58" AVENUE RESURFACING/RECLAMATION FROM 26TH STREET TO 49TH STREET <br />This Work Order Number 3 is entered into as of this 20thday of March , 2018 pursuant to that <br />certain Annual Professional Geotechnical Engineering Services Agreement, dated September 23, 2014, and that <br />certain Renewal and Amendment of Annual Professional Geotechnical Engineering Services Agreement entered into <br />on the 20`h day of September, 2016 collectively referred to as the "Agreement", by and between INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and DUNKELBERGER ENGINEERING & TESTING, <br />INC. ("Geotechnical Professional"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the Geotechnical Professional to perform the professional services set forth on <br />Exhibit A (Scope of Services), attached to this Work Order No. 3 and made part hereof by this reference. The <br />professional services will be performed by the Consultant for the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit A (Fee Schedule), <br />attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference. The Consultant will perform the professional <br />services within the timeframes more particularly set forth in Exhibit A, attached to this Work Order and made a part <br />hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement.
