Upon being advised that Commissioners Macht and Bird would be <br />back in town on October 17th, the Board scheduled this hearing for <br />Wednesday, October 19, 1994, at 9:00 A.M. <br />COUNTY OWNED LAND SWAP WITH ANDY MUSTAPICK <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of September 28, 1994: <br />DATE: SEPTEMBER 28, 1994 <br />TO: HONORABLE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />THRU: JAMES E. CHANDLER <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />FROM: H.T. "SONNY" DEAN, DIRECTO <br />DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICE <br />SUBJECT: COUNTY OWNED LAND SWAP <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Mr. Andy Mustapick, part owner of Timber Ridge has made a proposal <br />to swap a piece of property owned by him for a parcel the exact <br />same size owned by the County. <br />Attached is a map depicting the location of the two properties <br />which are adjacent to the old landfill, at 1st Street SW off Old <br />Dixie Highway. <br />The property belongs to our Utility Department and they agree with <br />swap. <br />RE9.0 ENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends approval and requests authorization to publicize <br />the proposed swap as required by Florida State Statue 125.37. A <br />resolution will be brought back to the Board for their approval. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board, by a 3-0 vote <br />(Commissioner Macht and Commissioner Bird being <br />absent), approved publicizing the land swap with <br />Andy Mustapick as required by Florida Statute <br />125.37, as recommended by staff. <br />OCTOBER 4, 1994 31 BOOK 93 PAGE 459 <br />
