M <br />4. The assessments shall stand confirmed and shall be legal, valid, <br />and binding first liens against the property against which such <br />assessments are made until paid. <br />S. The assessments shown on Exhibit "A," attached to Resolution No. <br />94-36, were recorded by the County on the public records of <br />Indian River County, and the lien shall remain prima facie evidence <br />of its validity. The assessment shown on Exhibit "B,{' attached to <br />this.resolution, shall be recorded on the public records of Indian <br />River County, and this lien shall remain prima facie evidence of a <br />binding first lien against the property shown. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />` Chairman John W.
