Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final February 13, 2018 <br />that requires the connection of the sidewalk on 45th Street to US -1; and (2) <br />authorize staff to advance in the project queue, the culverting of the 45th Street <br />Indian River Farms Water Control District Canal, which will allow the project to be <br />bid at the end of April 2018. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />G Utilities Services <br />12.G.1. 18-1485 Reuse Transmission System Evaluation - Masteller & Moler (M&M) <br />Work Order No. 6 <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends approval of Work Order No. 6, authorizing the professional <br />services described above, and requests the Board of County Commissioners <br />authorize the Chairman to execute Work Order No. 6 on their behalf for a total <br />amount of $64,410.00 to Masteller & Moler, Inc. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Work Order No. 6 and supportinq documents <br />Director of Utilities Vincent Burke recalled the Board's approval on December <br />5, 2017, for the County to provide reuse water to Johns Island. He described <br />the key tasks of the proposed Work Order to evaluate the County's reuse water <br />system, and requested Board approval. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Commissioner <br />Solari, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />The Chairman called a recess at 10:26 a.m., and reconvened the meeting at 10:39 <br />a.m., with all members present.
