County, Florida (Buyer) <br />concerning the residential Property built before 1878 and located at 6816 26th Street, Vero Beach, Fl. SMO <br />6816 26th Street, Vero Beaooh Fl 52966 <br />"Every purchaser of any Interest in residential real property on which a residential dwelling was built prior to 1978 Is notifled <br />that such property may present exposure to lead from lead-based paint that may place young children at risk of developing <br />lead poisoning. Lead poisoning in young children may produce permanent neurological damage, Including learning <br />disabllltiea, reduced Intelligence quotient, behavioral problems, and impaired memory. Lead poisoning also poses a particular <br />risk to pregnant women. The seller of any interest in residential real property Is required to provide the buyerwith any <br />Information on lead-based paint hazards from risk assessments or inspection In the saller's possession and notify the buyer <br />of any known lead-based paint hazards. A risk assessment or Inspection for possible lead-based paint hazards Is <br />recommended prior to purchase." For purposes of this addendum, lead-based paint will be referred to as "LBP° and lead-based <br />paint hazards will be referred to as "LBPH." <br />(1) LBP/LBPk In Housing: Seller has no knowledge of LBPILBPH In the housing and no available LBPILBPH records or reports, <br />except as indicated: (describe all known Li3P/LBPH information and list all available documents partaining to LBPILBPH and provide <br />documents to Buyer before accepting Buyoes offer) <br />(2) Lead-based Paint Hazards Inspection: Buyer waives the opportunity to conducf a risk assessment or Inspection for the <br />presence of LBP/LBPH unless this box is checked ( D Buyer may conduct a risk assessment or inspection forthe presence of <br />LBPILBPH in accordance with the Inspection, notice, repair and repair Ilydts of paragraph 8(a) or H of the FAR Residential Sale <br />and Purchase Contract or standard N of the FARIBAR Contract for Sate and Purchase, as amended and as appllcable). <br />(3) Certification of Accuracy: Buyer has received the pamphlet "entitled "Protect Your Family From Lead In Your Home° and <br />all of the information specified in paragraph (A) above.
