GHO Berkley Square Corp. provided a cash surety for two years to guarantee the <br />replacement / repair of the cul-de-sac. This is a request for an extension of Contract No. SD - <br />04 -07 -31 -FLA (95080082-72145), Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement posted by GHO Homes <br />Corp. in the amount of $20,296.75. Enclosed is a check in the amount of $660.00 for the <br />extension fee. The replacement / repair of the cul-de-sac has not been completed yet as there <br />is a lot of construction taking place within the subdivision and the equipment being used will <br />likely damage the road work.
