This is going to be a really quick process. We're <br />looking at dates for hearings in mid-January, even dates <br />in December have been proposed by some of the parties that <br />we're talking about -- roughly, a four-day hearing as it <br />relates -- mid-December as late as late January. So it's <br />currently now October 18th. This is going to happen real <br />fast in this case. <br />Our challenge is really based upon what we <br />believe is faulty analysis in the wetlands and in the <br />storm water impacts. We don't feel that all the <br />appropriate information has been provided to the water <br />management district nor considered by the water management <br />district. We just feel it's an .incomplete application. <br />Our cost that we assume to prosecute a case like <br />this could be 250- to $300,000 to move forward on this <br />type of hearing and case. As I stated, it's going to be a <br />quick process.
