COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br />CG 24 09 07 98 <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />GOVERNMENTAL SUBDIVISIONS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A. Section 11 — Who Is An Insured is amended to b. <br />include.as an insured any elective or appointive of- <br />ficer or a member of any board or commission or <br />agency of yours while acting within the scope of <br />their duties as such. <br />B. Paragraph b. of the definition of "mobile equip- <br />ment' in the Definitions Section is replaced by <br />the following: <br />12. "Mobile equipment" means any of the following <br />types of land vehicles, including any attached <br />machinery or equipment: <br />Vehicles maintained for use solely on or <br />next to premises you own or rent. However, <br />any land motor vehicle, trailer or semi -trailer <br />designed for travel on public roads (includ- <br />ing any machinery or apparatus that is at- <br />tached) owned or leased by you shall be, <br />deemed an "auto" and not "mobile equip- <br />ment" if the only reason for considering it <br />"mobile equipment" is that it is maintained <br />for use. exclusively on streets or highways <br />owned by you. <br />CG 24 09 07 98 Copyright, Insurance Services Office, Inc., 1997 <br />133 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
