of any aircraft, "auto", watercraft or "mobile equipment" that is ownedor operated by or rented or <br />loaned to any insured. <br />(c) Causing or contributing to the intoxication of any person, furnishing alcoholic beverages to a <br />person under the legal drinking age or under the influence of alcohol, or any statute, ordinance <br />or regulation relating to the sale, gift, distribution or use of alcoholic beverages. <br />(d) Loss of or damage to property owned by an insured. <br />(2) "Bodily injury" to an "employee" or "volunteer worker". This exclusion does not apply to "employment <br />related practices". <br />(3) "Personal and advertising injury". However, this exclusion does not apply to an actual or alleged act, <br />error or omission by you or any insured arising out of the violation of any federal, state or local <br />statute, ordinance or regulation that addresses, prohibits, or limits the printing, dissemination, <br />disposal, collecting, recording, sending, transmitting, communicating or distribution of individually <br />identifiable health information. <br />(4) Breach of contract other than an "employment contract." <br />(5) Damages, other than defense costs, for any actual or alleged breach of any "employment contract". <br />This exclusion does not apply to liability for damages that the insured would have in the absence of <br />the "employment contract". <br />(6) Liability assumed by an insured in a contract or agreement. This exclusion does not apply to liability_ <br />for damages that the insured would have in the absence of the contract or agreement. <br />(7) Fines or penalties imposed by any federal, state or local governmental authority. <br />(8) Costs or expenses incurred by the insured to comply with any demand or order by any federal, state <br />or local governmental authority. <br />(9) Any "claim" seeking relief or redress in any form other than monetary damages. <br />K Supplementary"Payments Coverages A and B -is amended to read' <br />Supplementary Payments — Coverages A, B and D. <br />C. The following are added to Paragraph 2. of Section II — Who Is An Insured but only with respect to Coverage D <br />Emergency Service Liability: <br />Spousal Liability <br />If a "claim" or "suit" for a "wrongful act" committed or allegedly committed by an insured person includes a "claim" <br />or "suit" against the insured person's spouse (whether such status is derived by reason of statutory or common <br />law, or any other law of any country) solely by reason of: <br />1. Such spousal status; or <br />2. Such spouse's ownership interest in property or assets that are sought as recovery for the "wrongful act" <br />committed or allegedly committed by the insured person; <br />all monetary damages which such spouse becomes legally obligated to pay by reason of such "wrongful act" will <br />be treated, for the purposes of this policy, as monetary damages which the insured person becomes legally <br />obligated to pay. Such monetary damages will be covered under Coverage D only if, and to the extent, such <br />monetary damages would be covered if the insured person were legally obligated to pay them. <br />However, this extension will not afford coverage for a "wrongful act" committed or allegedly committed by the <br />spouse. <br />Estates, Heirs And Legal Representatives <br />If a "claim" or "suit" for a "wrongful act" committed or allegedly committed by a insured person includes a "claim" <br />or "suit" against : <br />1. The estate, heirs or legal representatives of that deceased insured person; or <br />2.
