Bond is registered at the address as it appears on the Bond <br />registration books kept by <br />or any successor registrar (the "Registrar") for this series of <br />Bonds. <br />For the prompt payment of the principal of and interest on <br />this Bond as the same shall become due, the full faith, credit and <br />taxing power of Indian River County, Florida, is hereby irrevocably <br />pledged. <br />This Bond is one of an authorized issue of Bonds, in the <br />aggregate principal amount of $26,000,000 of like date, tenor and <br />effect, except as to number, interest rate and maturity, issued to <br />finance the acquisition of environmentally significant land to <br />protect water quality, open spaces, and wildlife habitat in Indian <br />River County, under the authority of and in full compliance with <br />the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Florida, including <br />particularly Chapter 125 Florida Statutes, Resolution No. 92-146 of <br />Indian River County, Florida, a vote of the electors of Indian <br />River County, Florida, in accordance with Chapter 100, Florida <br />Statutes, and a Resolution duly adopted by the County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Commission"), on the day of , 1995, and is subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Resolution (the "Resolution"). <br />The Resolution requires that in each year while any of the <br />Bonds are outstanding there shall be levied and collected a tax, <br />without limitation as to rate or amount, on all taxable property <br />A-2 <br />
