These specific <br />changes do not result in any changes to the plan of development, phasing, additional <br />lands, commencement date, buildout date, or to representations contained in either <br />the Development Order or the Application for Development Approval. <br />This application proposes two changes to the approved Development Order for the <br />Indian River Mall Development of Regional Impact.
