Field quality -control reports. <br />1.6 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Installer Qualifications: An entity that employs installers and supervisors who are <br />trained and approved by manufacturer. . <br />B. NRDCA. Installer Qualifications: A firm that has been evaluated by UL and found to <br />comply with requirements of NRDCA's Lightweight Insulating Concrete Roof Deck <br />Contractors Accreditation Program. <br />C. Testing Agency Qualifications: Qualified according to ASTM C 1077 and ASTM E 329 <br />for testing indicated. <br />1.7 FIELD CONDITIONS <br />A. Do not place lightweight insulating concrete unless ambient temperature is at least 40 <br />deg F (4.4 deg C) and rising. <br />1. When air temperature has fallen or is expected to fall below 40 deg F (4.4 <br />deg C), heat water to a maximum 120 deg F (49 deg C) before mixing so <br />lightweight insulating concrete, at point of placement, reaches a temperature of <br />50 deg F (10 deg C) minimum and 80 deg F (27 deg C) maximum. <br />B. Do not place lightweight insulating concrete during rain or snow or on surfaces covered <br />with standing water. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.1 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Fire -Resistance Ratings: Comply with ASTM E 119; testing by a• qualified testing <br />agency. <br />1. Indicate design designations from UL's "Fire Resistance Directory" or from the <br />listings of another qualified testing agency. <br />B. FM Global Listing: Lightweight insulating concrete along with other roofing components <br />shall comply with requirements in FM Global 4454 as part of a roof assembly, and shall <br />be listed in FM .Global's "RoofNav" for Class 1 or noncombustible construction, as <br />applicable. <br />2.2. CELLULAR LIGHTWEIGHT INSULATING CONCRETE <br />A. Produce cellular lightweight insulating concrete with the following minimum physical <br />properties using cementitious materials, air -producing liquid -foaming agents complying <br />
