ARTICLE 2 - PRELIMINARY MATTERS 2.01 Delivery of Bonds A When CONTRACTOR delivers the executed Agreements to OWNER, CONTRACTOR shall also deliver to OWNER such Bonds as CONTRACTOR may be required to furnish. 2.02 Copies of Documents A OWNER' shall furnish to CONTRACTOR up to ten copies of the Contract Documents. Additional copies will be furnished upon request at the cost of reproduction. 2.03 Commencement of Contract Times; Notice to Proceed A The Contract Times will commence to run on the thirtieth day after the Effective. Date of the Agree- ment or, if a Notice to Proceed is given, on the day indicated in the Notice to Proceed. A Notice to Pro-. ceed may be given at any time within 30 days after the Effective Date of the Agreement In no event will the Contract Times commence to ran later than the ninetieth day after the day of Bid opening or the thirtieth day after the Effective Date of the Agreement, whichever date is earlier. 2.04 Starting the Work A CONTRACTOR shall start to perform the Work on the date when the Contract Times com- mence to run.
