C. Provide a detailed budget narrative, including the timing and steps necessary to <br />obtain the funding, how equipment purchases will be associated with the training <br />program, if applicable, and any other pertinent budget -related information. <br />For Welding Technologies and Building Construction Technologies programs the <br />Technical Center will utilize the equipment and supply lists provided by NCCER. For <br />Culinary Arts the school will refer to the American Culinary Federation. These lists are <br />program specific and will be directly tied to the training program. The purchasing <br />department of the School District is working with vendors to finalize pricing on all <br />equipment and supplies needed. Once agreed upon quotes are in place, purchase <br />orders can be issued. These programs have a start date of August 2018, therefore <br />purchasing will take place during the Spring of 2018. - <br />4. Approvals and Authority <br />A. If entity is awarded grant funds based on this proposal, what approvals must be <br />obtained before it can execute a grant agreement with the Florida Department of <br />Economic Opportunity (e.g., approval of a board, commission or council)? <br />Approval by School Board of Indian River County. <br />B.
