7 <br />PROCLAMATION <br />HONORING EDWARD M. MCCULLERS ONHIS RETIREMENT FROM <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTYBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICESIWASTEWATER COLLECTION <br />DIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Edward McCullers retired from Indian River County Wastewater <br />Collection Division effective March 29, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, Edward McCullers began his career with Indian River County on July 11, <br />1997, as a Heavy Equipment Operator I in the Solid Waste Division. He was <br />transferred to the Water Production Division as a Utilities Service Worker on <br />November 28, 1997, and to the Wastewater Collection Division as a Utilities Service <br />Worker on February 4, 2000. On May 29, 2015, he was promoted to Lift Station <br />Mechanic, where he continued in that capacity until his retirement, and <br />WHEREAS, Edward McCullers has served this County and the Public with distinction <br />and selflessness. During his twenty-one years of service, he was dedicated, and his <br />work was greatly appreciated by the employer, citizens, and co-workers alike, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY. <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />applauds Edward McCuller's efforts on behalf of the County, and the Board wishes to <br />express their appreciation for the dedicated service he has given to Indian River <br />Countyfor the last twenty-one years; and <br />BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Board of County Commissioners and staff <br />extend heartfelt wishes for success in his future endeavors! <br />Adopted this 20th day of March, 2018. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIANRIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Peter D.
