Zito, Assistant County Administrator <br />From: Brad Bernauer, Human Services Director <br />Subject: Children's Services Advisory Committee's Recommendation <br />RFP # 2018050 - New Focus Areas for 2018-19 and Sample Agency Contract <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Attached, please find copies of the Children's Services Advisory Committee's recommendations <br />for the RFP #2018050 for the funding year 2018-19. Also included is a Sample Agency Contract <br />for 2018-19 and the Focus Areas for 2018-19 as recommended by the CSAC Needs Subcommittee <br />and approved by the CSAC. <br />The purpose of this request is to obtain the Board of County Commissioners' approval of the <br />attached RFP # 2018050, the Focus Areas and the Children Services Advisory Committee Funding <br />Contract for 2018-19 to be executed by the agencies. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board accept the RFP #2018050 for 2018-19 and Agency Contract as <br />submitted and authorize the Chairman to execute the individual contracts. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />RFP #2018050 Children's Services Advisory Committee Grant Funds for Children's Programs <br />Sample Agency— Indian River County Grant Contract for 2018-19 <br />Funding Focus Areas of Need 2018-19 <br />APPROVED AGENDA ITEM FOR BCC MEETING OF MARCH 20.2018 <br />C:\Users\legistar\AppData\Local\Temp\BCL Technologies\easyPDF 8\@BCL@800DC65A\@BCL@800DC65A.doc 120 <br />
