<br />PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, Providence Pointe Vero Beach, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter
<br />Mortgagor), by Mortgage and Security Agreement (hereinafter Mortgage) bearing date the 271i day of February, 2019,
<br />and recorded in Official Record Book 3187, Page 1588, public records of Indian River County, Florida, granted and
<br />conveyed unto Hiers Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee,
<br />and its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of THREE MILLION and
<br />No/ 100 DOLLARS ($3,000,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned; and
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Mortgagor, the owner of the property encumbered by said mortgage, has requested the
<br />said Mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and
<br />operation of said Mortgage.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE KNOW YE, that the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of
<br />Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, to her in hand paid by or on behalf of, the said present owner at the time of
<br />the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit -claim, exonerate and
<br />discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage, note, collateral assignment and financing statement unto the said
<br />present owner, its heirs and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
