Board of Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final March 20, 2018 <br />B. Solid Waste Disposal District <br />The Board reconvened as the Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste <br />Disposal District. The minutes will be approved at an upcoming Solid Waste <br />Disposal District meeting. <br />15.B.1. 18-1615 Request to Approve Agreement with Comtech Systems for Communication <br />Equipment Testing at the Indian River County Landfill <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Solid Waste Disposal District Board review and <br />approve the Entry & Testing Agreement with Comtech Systems, Inc. and <br />authorize the Chairman to sign on their behalf, once the agreement is reviewed <br />and approved as to form and legal sufficiency by the County Attorney, and the <br />necessary insurance requirements submitted to the Purchasing Department. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Entry & Testing Agreement with Comtech Systems, Inc. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams, to approve staffs recommendation.
